🚀 How to Get Started

1. Sign Up

Go to https://videoinu.com and create a free account. You’ll get 500 free credits, enough to make about one 30-second video.

1. Create Your First Video

• Enter your story or idea On the homepage, click “AI Video Generator.” You’ll be taken to the Content page where you can type your story, script, or just a short idea.
• Customize characters and scenes You can upload reference images to create custom characters, or let the AI generate them automatically. You can also fine-tune scene details.
• Generate a storyboard The AI will break your story into multiple scenes and create a storyboard. If you don’t like a scene, you can regenerate it (unlimited for subscribers).
• Add voiceovers Pick from different AI voices, or even clone your own favorite voice.
• Generate your video Once everything looks good, click “Animate.” You can animate one scene at a time or generate the entire video all at once.

Content Page

This is where you enter your story or script and choose the style, language, aspect ratio, and video length. ⚠️ Once you click “Next,” you can’t edit these settings unless you start a new project.

Aspect Ratio

• Landscape – For YouTube or desktop videos.
• Portrait – For TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels.

Video Language

Select your script and voiceover language (default is English).

Supported: Deutsch, English, Español, Français, हिंदी, Bahasa Indonesia.

Style

Choose the art style for your video — Anime, Realistic, 3D Cartoon, Hand-drawn, etc.

All generated characters and scenes will match this style.

Smart Script vs. Basic Script

• Smart Script – Great for beginners. Type a short idea, and AI will expand it into a full story.
• Basic Script – For users with a full script. Paste your ready script here.

💡 Tip: If you already have a script, break it into short 5-second shots with clear narration and visuals before uploading — this ensures your video matches your story perfectly.

Video Duration

Choose from 30 seconds to 30 minutes.

AI adjusts the script length automatically, but try to match your chosen duration to your story length for best results.

Storyboard & Script Page

Here you can review every subtitle, narration, and scene description. Edit anything you want until the story flows perfectly — this is your creative zone! When you’re happy, click “Next.”

Key Elements

• Scenes: Your story’s chapters. You can add or delete scenes anytime.
• Shots: Each scene has several shots (Shot 1, Shot 2, etc.), typically about 5 seconds each.
• Subtitles: These are the on-screen texts and voiceover lines. You can edit them freely.
• Shot Description (Prompt): This tells the AI how to draw the scene. Example:
• “Wide shot, low angle, vibrant storybook style, sunny outdoor morning — Whiskers stands in front of a white picket fence, smiling.” Modify these prompts anytime for different visuals (e.g., sunny → rainy, wide → close-up).

Cast Page – Characters

Here you assign or create the characters in your story.

Auto-Detect Characters

Click “Auto-Cast” to let AI scan your script and generate matching character images automatically.

Character Cards

Each card represents a character.

Click a card to open the character library — you can choose, edit, or create new characters (including uploading your own reference photo).

When you’re satisfied with all characters, click “Next” to move to the editing stage.

Storyboard Cast Page

This is where your creative magic happens.

• The list on the left (01, 02, 03...) shows your scenes.
• Click a scene to preview or Regenerate it if needed.
• Click Animate when ready to turn your storyboard into a real animated video.

Prompts

Describe what you want in each shot — the more specific, the better.

Generative Edit Tools

Fine-tune details like:

Voiceover

Add voiceovers in multiple languages or clone your favorite voice.

You can also edit or remove subtitles to control what gets spoken.

Generation History

View all past generated images or videos to track versions and pick the best ones.

Animate

When you’re ready to animate:

• Animate One: Generate animation for one scene (good for testing).
• Animate All: Animate all scenes into a full video.

Model Selection

Different models offer different quality and pricing:

Animation Prompts

Decide how your animation is generated:

• Intelligent Generation (Recommended): AI adds natural movements like blinking, head turns, etc.
• Custom Animation Prompts: Type specific actions (e.g., “make the character dance,” “add snowfall”).

Confirm & Cost

When everything is ready, click “Confirm.” The number shown (e.g., 100) is how many credits the render will use. Make sure you have enough credits in your account.

Edit Page – Final Touches

This is your final polish stage.

Cover Settings

• Cover Image: Choose one scene image as your video thumbnail.
• Cover Title: Add or edit your video title.
• Cover Style: Pick from multiple title fonts and layouts.

Subtitles & Background Music

• Subtitles: Customize the font or appearance of your captions.
• Background Music: Choose a soundtrack from the built-in library, or generate the video without music and add your own later.

When you’re done, click “Generate” — and Videoinu will create your final video file.

Creating your own character is simple and fun — it defines your story’s main hero!

Basic Info

• Name: e.g. Lucas, Jack, Emma.
• Gender: Male / Female.
• Category: Human, Animal, etc.
• Age: Select an age range.

Character Style

Choose the overall look:

• 3D Cartoon – cute and colorful.
• Cinematic – realistic and dramatic.
• Ghibli-Style – soft and storybook-like.
• Comic – bold, graphic look.
• Realistic – lifelike details.

Description (Prompt)

Add a short visual description (optional):

“Blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing a red jacket.” You can also use quick tags like +Hair, +Clothing, etc.

Upload a Photo

Upload a clear reference image if you want your character to look like a real person. Make sure it’s a front-facing photo with a simple background — the clearer, the better.
