1. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by going to:
Home → 💎 Subscription (top menu) → Subscription Management → Cancel.

If you’re unable to access the subscription management page, please contact us at [email protected].
We’d also sincerely appreciate it if you could share your video feedback with us.

2. Can I get a refund?

In general, refunds are not provided. If you have a special case, please contact us ：[email protected] within 14 days of your subscription and before using more than 1400 credits.
Please include the exact reason for your request, your subscription email, and your payment method.

3. Where can I find the videos and characters I created?

You can find all your generated content under:
Assets → My Characters / Video

4. How do I delete my videos?

Go to Assets → Project, click the three dots on the video card, and select Delete.
Please note: Bulk deletion is not supported yet.

5. Why did my credits disappear?

Here are the most common reasons:

Credit expiration — Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Wrong account login — Please confirm you're logged into your subscription email account.
Pending credit return — If a video generation fails and you click Dismiss, credits may take a short time to be refunded automatically.

6. Can I delete my account?

Account deletion is not supported at the moment.
However, you may clear all video projects and simply log out.

7. How can I find the videos I’ve created? Can I edit them again?

Go to Assets → Video.
Yes — just click on any project card to reopen and continue editing it.

8.Why is my project stuck on loading?

This may happen when there are too many projects in the queue at the moment. You can try again at a different time or keep the page open and check back later.

9.What should I do if my project keeps failing?

Occasionally this can happen—simply click Dismiss and try Generate again.
If it continues to fail after multiple attempts, the project may contain a bug.

10.How many credits does each feature cost?

Here’s a quick breakdown of what each feature will cost you in credits:

Script Generation: Costs between 10 to 100 credits, depending on the length of your script (from 30 seconds up to 30 minutes).
Storyboard Generation: 5 credits per shot/panel.
Image Generation: 5 credits per image.
Dynamic Lip-Sync: 20 or 150 credits per session.
Converting to Animation: 20+ credits for each conversion.

11.How many credits does it cost to make a video?

It depends on two things: the animation model you pick and the length of your video. (This doesn't include the 20 credits for each script preview).

Here’s a quick cheat sheet for how many credits a 1-minute video costs with our popular models:

Videoinu Lite (Basic style): 300 credits
Videoinu V1.0 / Hailuo 02 Lite (More detailed style): 1,260 credits
Seedance / Lip-Sync Pro (Smoother motion): 1,860 credits
Hailuo 02 Standard / Kling (Highest quality): 3,060 credits

The bottom line: Better models and longer videos cost more credits.
